Contact us

The easiest way to reach us is through the discussions on this site. Leave a comment on the relevant page and we'll see it. We read everything, even if we can't reply to every single one.

What to send our way:

  • Corrections. If a fact on this site is wrong or outdated, tell us which page and what's off. We check and fix real errors.
  • Your experience. Used a shift-swap or job-sharing app at your workplace? Good or bad, other readers benefit from hearing how it went in practice.
  • Topic suggestions. If there's something about worksharing we haven't covered, say so. Reader requests shape what we write next.

What we can't do:

  • We can't help with a specific app's account, login, or billing. For that, contact the app's own support — we have no connection to any of the apps mentioned here.
  • We can't give legal or employment advice. Questions about your rights around scheduling or overtime belong to a labor lawyer or your local labor board, not a guide site.
  • We can't fix your work schedule. As much as we'd like to help, swap requests and time-off approvals go through your manager, not us.

A note on response times. This is a small operation. Comments are read in batches, usually within a few days. Corrections get priority — if you flag a factual error, we check it first and reply once it's verified or fixed.

Before you write. A quick scan of the page's existing comments often answers the question already. And if you're reporting a problem with the site itself — a broken link, a page that won't load — tell us which page and what device and browser you're using. That detail is what lets us actually reproduce and fix it.

We don't publish an email address because, frankly, a small site like this gets buried in spam that way. On-site comments keep the conversation where other readers can see it, which is better for everyone.
